• Microphone (Record Audio): Used only when you choose to provide a voice justification for accessing a blocked app. Audio is converted to text for analysis and is not stored permanently.
• Query All Packages: Needed to display a list of your installed apps so you can select which ones to restrict.
• Notifications: Used to show you ongoing session timers and alerts when your time is running out.

Data We Collect

Local Data

Most of your data resides locally on your device, including:

• Your list of restricted apps and schedules.
• Usage statistics for your restricted apps.
• Your history of access justifications.

Data Sent to Servers

• Justification Text: When you provide a reason to access a blocked app (via text or voice), the text is sent to an AI service (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) to analyze whether it aligns with your goals.
• Product Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage data (e.g., "User created a schedule", "User clicked stats"). This helps us improve the app stability and features. We do not track your personal browsing history or private app content in these analytics.

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

• Block access to distracting apps according to your settings.
• Provide you with insights into your screen time and usage habits.
• Analyze your justifications to provide helpful feedback via AI.
• Improve the app's performance and user experience.

Data Security
